Laos Prime Minister says he is confident that effective implementation of ASEAN initiatives and ASEAN integration plans is the basis for reducing poverty and development gaps between member nations.
Mr. Boungnang Vorachith also says that should be done through the development and the integration of ASEAN in the areas of infrastructures, human resources, information technology, as well as regional economic and trade incorporation.
