ASEAN members have agreed to sign a trade facilitation accord soon and to officially start implementing the agreement by the end of 2005, confident that it will help boost trade among members and with foreign countries.
Laos Trade Minister says the accord will call for a one-door inspection system for goods and wider use of electronic equipments for faster service.
