Oudomsay authorities say they will need more than 13 billion kips to repair the infrastructures damaged by flooding.
Meanwhile, provinces in central and southern Laos, as well as countries in the lower part of the Greater Mekong Sub-region also expect to face more flooding as the Mekong continues to rise.
