Thai authorities say over half of the 5000-plus Hmongsnow living in Phetchaboon province are former Hmong veterans who have fought along side Gen. Vang Pao. As a result, the Thai government fears Phetchaboon will become another Wat Thamkrabok or the new concentration point for Hmong refugees from Laos.
