Thai officials say workers from Laos, Cambodia, and Burma have to register again for the second time with authorities to extend their stay two more years. The deadline for the new registration is June 30. Those who fail to register will be considered illegal workers. Meanwhile, Thailand’s public health ministry says over 400-thousand foreign workers have not had a physical check-up as required by Thai laws.
