Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has confirmed that he and his older brother, Tamerlan, set off the explosives during the April 2013 race, which killed three people, and injured hundreds of others. In a statement in court before his official sentencing Wednesday, the 21-year old ethnic Chechen said he was sorry for the pain he inflicted. As Zlatica Hoke reports, Tsarnaev's first public statement since the arrest has been criticized.
