In his State of the Union address, U.S. President Barack Obama kept up the country’s tough rhetoric on terrorism, promising to fight to eliminate any threat against the U.S. or its allies. Yet even as his administration claims it is making progress, there are serious concerns the terror threat is growing. VOA’s Jeff Seldin reports.
