Trump Says Would Be 'Surprised' if North Korea Resumed Tests

Despite satellite images and analyst reports of renewed activity at a North Korean long-range rocket site, President Donald Trump says he believes he has a strong relationship with Chairman Kim Jong Un and would be surprised if he resumed nuclear tests. Lawmakers say the president was right to walk away from the summit in Hanoi and both sides should let lower-level negotiators work through complex details before another summit.
