A new report says drug treatments have played a major part in increasing Breast-Cancer survival rates. In some cases, a new study found that drugs could reduce by half the risk of dealth from breast cancer within fifteen years.
The drug treatments include six months of a combination of chemotheraphy drugs, and five years of the drug Tamoxifen. When breast cancer is found early, before it has spread, doctors can operate to remove any disease they find. Also there is more evidence that diet and excercise may help reduce the risk of dying from breast cancer.
