Frustration, Despair Overwhelm New York Puerto Rican Community

President Trump is set to visit Puerto Rico on Tuesday, nearly two weeks after Hurricane Maria heavily damaged infrastructure and left island's 3.4 million residents stranded without electricity and basic needs. In New York, home to hundreds of thousands of people from Puerto Rico, locals are worried and frustrated that the slow aid effort is creating a growing humanitarian crisis.
