Lao-American  Artist Enjoys Increasing Popularity - 2004-06-10


In an exclusive interview with VOA, internationally known self-representing artist Phet Cash says her paintings are mainly abstract which represent the freedom, happiness, and love of the human spirit and life. Her works are known in the United States, Ireland, Australia, and Germany.

Phet Cash, originally from Laos, is the wife of a well-known American Artist and Rubbick's Puzzle Inventor Duane Cash, and mother to a two-year old son.

She says herself and her husband sell their popular acrylic and oil paintings through Cash Art Studio(www.cashartstudio.com), as well as their eBay store, and that her dream is to be known all over the world.

Phet Cash plans to go Laos some day in the future to visit her native land.
