English Lesson: Americans sometimes Shake Hands when They Make an Oral Agreement


We'll begin this lesson with "Culture Tips" with Gary Engleton. Gary explains about American promises in business. He says Americans really respect people who keep their promises because they can trust them. He also says "If business people want to make an oral agreement, they may shake hands." After listening to Culture Tips we'll do a True/False exercise based on these culture tips before listening to a business dialog on promising.
