President Barack Obama arrived in Cuba Sunday on a historic trip, as Washington and Havana move toward normalizing relations -- 55 years after they broke off ties. The first sitting U.S. president to travel to Cuba in almost 90 years, Obama will speak to the Cuban people in a televised address and lay out his vision for the future of relationship between the two countries. Not everyone is optimistic, and concerns about human rights in Cuba persist. Ramon Taylor reports.
