US, Russia Discuss Ukraine Tensions

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, have been meeting about Russia’s military buildup along the Ukrainian border. The two discussed Ukraine’s unrest and other issues Saturday on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting in Beijing.
